- Use when withdrawal is needed after the deadline due to non-academic, extenuating circumstances
- Use to become reinstated in a course after an attendance-based drop. This form is only available during the reinstatement period.
Admissions / Personal Information

- Submit a readmit application if you are returning to SSU after more than one year
- Request to return to SSU after an academic suspension. THIS IS NOT a financial aid SAP appeal form. Please visit https://savannahstate.studentforms.com/ to submit a SAP appeal.

Graduation / Commencement
