Welcome to the ITS Service Desk website. The ITS Service Desk serves as the primary point of contact for all IT applications and services at Savannah State University. We utilize OTRS to record Service Desk requests and route issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary. Our goal is to provide timely and effective resolution of all ITS related concerns.

Visit the Service Desk in Morgan Annex –  Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
