Savannah State University is now offering a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Analytics to meet the growing demand for employment opportunities across a variety of industries. This program will teach you how to use technology to find, collect and analyze data to detect trends and extract information. - Face-to-face, classroom-based learning experiences are valued in the program, although some classes may be offered in online and/or hybrid modality mainly to accommodate work schedule.
- Through working partnership with local and nationally recognized industries, the program offers Cooperative Experiential Learning (Co-op) and Internship programs to eligible students.
- All major core and elective data-specific courses are taught by adopting a unique and project-based approach by using real-life data collected via industry collaboration. It will allow the students experience real-world problems and finding solutions. The focus is to turn data into actionable insights.
