Savannah State University Welcomed Hundreds of Prospective Students During Open Campus Day

Savannah State University (SSU) hosted hundreds of prospective students and their families to explore the vibrant campus community and learn more about the university’s academic programs, campus life, and opportunities for personal and professional growth during their recent Open Campus day.
Open Campus Day provided visitors with a firsthand glimpse into life at Savannah State University. Attendees had the opportunity to:
- Take guided tours of the campus led by knowledgeable student ambassadors, showcasing SSU’s state-of-the-art facilities, historic landmarks, and beautiful surroundings.
- Attend informational sessions and presentations on academic programs, admissions requirements, financial aid opportunities, and student support services, offering insights into the diverse educational pathways available at SSU.
- Interact with faculty members, staff, and current students, who will be on hand to share their experiences, answer questions, and provide valuable guidance and advice.
- Explore the rich cultural heritage and dynamic community of Savannah, Georgia, a city known for its historical significance, artistic vibrancy, and southern charm.
