Ms. Erin McCune, MBA, SHRM-CP

Savannah State University proudly celebrates the accomplishments of College of Business Administration alumna Erin McCune, whose career exemplifies the power of a Savannah State education. After earning both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from SSU, Erin began her professional journey with the City of Savannah, serving as an HR Technician before advancing to the role of HR Analyst. She later joined the Georgia Ports Authority as a Human Resources Generalist, where her expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence have propelled her through the organization.

Today, as Assistant Manager of HR Administration, Erin plays a critical role in supporting more than 1,200 employees, helping lead human resources operations for one of Georgia’s most important economic engines. Her remarkable career trajectory reflects the caliber of Savannah State graduates and demonstrates how Tiger alumni are making a lasting impact across the region through exceptional leadership and service.

Executive in Residence

Mr. Everett I. Hill

Savannah State University’s (SSU) College of Business Administration is proud to announce the launch of its Executive-in-Residence Program, naming distinguished industry leader Mr. Everett L. Hill as the program’s first-ever appointee.

Hill’s distinguished career spans more than four decades, most recently as Managing Director at Miami-based private equity firm ICV Partners. He built his reputation as an operator through executive leadership roles at Coca-Cola Enterprises, once Coca-Cola’s largest bottling franchisee worldwide, before founding Catalytic Advisors, LLC, an independent management consulting firm serving multiple industries. In 2025, Hill became a founding partner of VOC Partners, LLC, a real estate investment firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
