The Annual Savannah State University Scholarship Gala celebrates the legacy and success of its students, while providing support throughout their collegiate journey. Net proceeds from the black tie affair will also support program initiatives throughout the institution.
The black tie affair will begin on Saturday, April 5 at 7:00 p.m., at the Savannah Convention Center in the Governor’s Ballroom that includes an Awards of Excellence presentation honoring distinguished individuals for their contributions to Savannah State University and the community in Leadership, Philanthropy, Scholarship, Service, Entrepreneurship and Arts and Entertainment.
We are pleased to announce our co-chairs for this year’s Gala are Mrs. Michelle A. Adams (Adams Funeral Services) and Chief Terry Enoch (Chief of Police for Savannah-Chatham County Public School System). With their shared passion for SSU’s mission and their exceptional leadership, we are confident they will bring both vision and energy to the event.
