Why are my classes in the Fallthrough section?
“Fallthrough” courses are courses passed with a D or better, that are counted in your GPA but do not satisfy a specific requirement in the current audit. Transfer students may have fallthrough courses that can be considered for substitutions, please see an academic advisor. If a course is in the fallthrough section but does meet a degree requirement, please consult your academic advisor.
What if I want to change my major?
If you are considering changing your major, use the What If option in Degree Works to see how completed courses will apply to a new major. Click on What If in the left menu. Under SELECT YOUR PRIMARY AREA OF STUDY, choose the academic year, program, and major. Then click PROCESS WHAT IF. Review the audit or print for your records. The What-If audit will not save.
What is the catalog term?
The catalog term is the academic year you started your current program of study. This may be the term you entered the university or the term you changed your major. Degree requirements are based on the requirements for the specific catalog term you began your current major.
