The Facilities Master Plan is a roadmap that helps institutions plan for the physical development of campus facilities over time. After completing the bid procedures, SSU initiated the Facilities Master Planning process with The Sizemore Group leading the effort. Grounded in SSU’s historic mission, the 2024 Facility Master Plan will support the framework for campus physical development for the next five to ten years.

Part of our effort includes reaching out to leaders like you with whom we share common interests, exchange information, and ideas. We would like to meet with you and/or your designated representative for no more than one hour to present our team, discuss our process, and explore potential collaborations.
