Facilities Planning

Planning, Design, and Construction services allow for the coordination and execution of the University’s small and large projects. These projects utilize both in-house craftsmanship as well as outside contractors. In effort to maintain a student-centered environment, we provide support to Event Services, Academic Departments, Student Services, Athletics, Information Technology, Auxiliary Services, and the university at large.

Other responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and storing construction documents to include drawings and all contract documents and records of current projects
• Printing plans and maps
• Preparing documents and/or overseeing the process for contract bidding, awards ad construction
• Assist with inspections for contstruction
• Provide information associated with Physical Plant as needed
