Pay-for-Print was implemented to enhance and continue to provide students with campus wide printing services for students in computer labs.

The Pay-for-Print system is not intended to make a profit. All funds are placed back into the program for maintenance, paper, and toner.
$0.10 per page (black-and-white copies)
$0.25 per page (color copies)
Printers are located in the in the following labs:

- Download information; save it to your network drive or a USB drive.
- Email information to yourself.
- Email documents to professors or colleagues.
- Print only the pages you need, instead of the entire document.
- Preview what you are printing to ensure you only send the print job one time and are only printing what you need.
At the start of each semester, students will receive a $20 print credit subsidized by the student technology fee. This is equivalent to 200 black-and-white printed pages.
Once you have used your free prints, additional funds can be added to your SSU ID Card Flex Fund Account.
You can add funds on your SSU ID card by going to the PHIL, a machine located just inside the front door of the King-Frazier Student Center (to the left of the BankMobile ATM), or next to the ATM in the Student Union. The PHIL will accept credit cards or cash. Information about terms and conditions related to card funds is located in the Cardholder Agreement that you sign when you receive your SSU ID Card.
No. Unused money on your print account cannot be rolled over or refunded at the end of the school year. (See separate terms and conditions for the SSU ID Card Flex Fund.)
What happens if I find out I don't have enough money on my SSU ID Card after I send my job to print?
If there is not enough money in your print account to print your job, you will be notified when attempting to print from the release station. You can always check your balance at the release station.

What do I do if my print job(s) didn't print or there was an error of some kind during the printing process?
Please go to the IT Help Desk located inÂ Powell Hall Room 106 or call 358-HELP (4357) / 4410. If you are issued a refund, you WILL NOT receive cash. The refund will be credited to your SSU ID Card Flex Fund Account at the end of the semester.
