Welcome to the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS) at Savannah State University. 

We are a student-centered unit dedicated to providing you with a rich academic experience that will prepare you to be a leader in your chosen field. 

Our goal is to get you to graduation on time with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to make you successful. 

We invite you to explore our vibrant undergraduate majors of Behavior Analysis, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security and Emergency Management, Mass Communications, Political Science, Sociology, Social Work,  and Visual and Performing Arts.

We offer graduate programs in Public Administration and Social Work. 

Our Mass Communications, Public Administration, and Social Work programs are accredited.
