Meeting Your Training Needs

The Banner Team is here to assist you in your training needs. The Office of Information and Instructional Technology (OIIT) provides leadership to the University System of Georgia (USG) by making available documentation that is relevant to the operation and mandates that relate to the State of Georgia Requirements. There are documentation provided by OIIT and Ellucian are the official training manuals.

There are several informational sessions that are offered via web. Many of these sessions discuss new policies or new upgrades that must be implemented. Information about upcoming offerings are sent to various listservs.
