After attending this workshop individuals will:

• Understand how  to conduct a legal recruitment process
• Learn questions you can and cannot ask during an interview
• Understand hiring practices and recommendations
• Learn what to do if you make a mistake after going through the recruitment process and you've hired the wrong person
• Recruit and hire employees according to SSU policy
