Environmental
Science Program

The B.S. degree program in Environmental Science at Savannah State University provides a broad curriculum for persons planning to pursue careers in environmental science as well as preparation for advanced study in environment-related disciplines.

The Environmental Science program at Savannah State University is a broad-based specialization involving integration of information from different disciplines such as the natural and social sciences.  This also provides students with special training and knowledge so that they can articulate environment-related problems to citizens of the local and state community and also can support the effort of government and industrial agencies to solve such problems.
